The company has procedures and monitoring in place to prevent corruption and the underground economy.
The company has a feedback channel for employees to report deviations and development suggestions, as well as a separate whistleblowing channel for reporting under the whistleblower protection directive.
The company has procedures for identifying and managing risks, including personnel risks and information security risks and procedures for exceptional and crisis situations.
Management sets an example to maintain an open and positive work environment. Actions contrary to the company’s policy are addressed.
